We will not ship first class or priority as there is no tracking. If you want to ship to international location please contact us to discuss options

Payment

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME OF THE SOLES OF THE SHOES MAY HAVE RETAIL STORE STICKERS, NUMBERS IN MARKER AND SIMILAR. BUT ONLY ON THE SOLES OF THE SHOES AND CAN BE REMOVED ONCE RECEIVED BY YOU  

If you chose wrong size, poor fit, or changed mind and need to return, you will incur a 15% restocking fee as stated in our auction policies, and must be returned within the 30 days required for any returns

Returns

We will accept returns if we sent a different item than you won in the auction ( i.e. diff color or size)

If there is a problem, please contact us within 3 days of receiving items to discuss any issues. We will try to work with you. If we confirm a return is needed  all returns must be  returned and postmarked within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item. Returns will be given as exchange or or you may choose 15% restocking fee and receive the remainder as refund.

Shipping

We ship either US Postal Service or Federal Express based on location. Federal Express cannot ship to a PO box or APO, So please provide an address that is not a PO Box or APO. If you have a preference please advise before payment is made. Also please include contact phone number with payment.

First class can take up to 10 business days. If you need expedited shipping please let us know and we can send you an invoice for cost of expedited shipping

International buyers please note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. If incurred, they are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding and buying.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” –  US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
